- Exclusion Scope: Resources explicitly marked as “prohibited from reprinting,” “restricted to authorized use only,” or requiring payment of copyright fees for distribution are strictly excluded.
II. Scope of Use and Copyright Ownership
- Scope of Use: All Resources on the Website are intended solely for personal learning and research by magic enthusiasts. Any commercial use (including but not limited to secondary sales, public profit-oriented display, or advertising) is strictly prohibited.
- Copyright Ownership: All copyrights, moral rights, and modification rights to the Resources remain with the original authors or copyright holders. The Website acts only as a resource organizer and does not claim ownership of any copyrights.
III. Explanation of Fee Nature
Fees charged by the Website to users are solely for basic operational costs (including resource organization, server maintenance, and content review) and are unrelated to the copyright value of the Resources. Such fees do not constitute a “sale” or “copyright authorization” of the Resources.
IV. Infringement Handling and Liability Statement
If you believe that any Resource on the Website infringes your copyright, please submit a valid notice following these mandatory procedures:
- Proof of Ownership: Provide evidence of copyright ownership (e.g., a work registration certificate, authorization letter, or original publication link).
- Details of Infringement: Specify the title, link (URL), and reason for the infringement (e.g., unauthorized use or incorrect attribution) of the Resource in question.

Upon receiving a valid notice, the Website will complete the following actions within 24 hours:
- Remove or disable access to the link of the allegedly infringing Resource.
- Notify you of the resolution via website announcement or email.
- If the Resource is confirmed to be within the original author’s authorized distribution scope, provide relevant supporting materials to explain the situation.
V. Scope of Exemption and Liability Limitation
- The Website has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care in verifying resource sources (as detailed in Section I). If an infringement dispute arises due to the original author’s failure to clearly mark copyright information or conflicting markings, the Website shall not assume direct infringement liability.
- If a user violates the “Scope of Use” specified in Section II by using Resources for commercial purposes and causing an infringement dispute, the user shall bear legal liability independently.
- In accordance with the Regulations on the Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networksand the Civil Code, the Website shall not be liable for compensation if it has fulfilled its “notice-and-takedown obligations.” If delays in handling lead to expanded damages, the Website shall only assume joint liability for the expanded part.
